'took me a couple of days to update my blog once again - sorry.
In return there're gonna be a lot of pictures for you guys! ;-)
Wednesday, which was my 44th day in the US now, was the day I got in to a car crash for the first time (or at least - me being involved in a car accident and even driving the involved car). You don't have to worry, there was nothing serious 'bout it and it even was not my fault.
Happened that way: I was on my way back to Karate school with Y. H. found out that this parental meeting was the day after in the last minute and herefore we jumped in the car, went home, I got changed and we were just on the way back. We were on a minor road which leads to Main Street (/Route 1) and just normally kept driving. Then suddenly a white car (full of prob. 17 year-old guys) dashed contrary to us. Just because they were too fast and they got into our lane, there was a sudden BOOM! and the rearview mirror was folded and broken in pieces. I stopped on the right and called H. 'cause I was so shocked and anxious that I didn't dare to call the Police. H. tried to calm me down and told me just to go to Karate school if I wouldn't mind.So I slowly drove to Karate school but still was pretty shocked. Kickboxing class was therefore the best way to let everything out. Btw. the guys hit and run.

Afterwards and even the day after I've been still in a bad mood. Just because I was the driver; the car is damaged and I even had Yoni in the back. H. just keeps tellin' me that I don't have to worry!
On Thursday there was nothing special actually. I think.
Just the same schedule as always and at night I had to put the children in their bed by myself since there was this parental meeting. Anyways it worked out fine. We were laying on the floor, cuddling, reading some stories 'bout fairies; prayed a prayer - everyone had a special one, gave us good-night kisses and that's it. No screaming, no crying no getting up and stuff. 'just felt good!
Oh and I forgot to say. There is a teacher from DSNY who asked me whether I could give private tutoring in French to her daughter. I first thought thas this might be pretty cool but actually I don't think I wanna spend my free time to other people especially when it means that there'll be another schedule to me. whatever.
Today the children had piano lessons. I so love their musical school. I really need to take a picture then you guys will understand why. Anyways. They got a new teacher, J. , who is pretty young. Maybe as old as I am? Whatever, I'm glad he teaches them now 'cause they're now more open-minded and not afraid anymore. When M. taught them how to play the piano you could always see how afraid they were. Because M. started with her lesson, Y. & me went to a coffee shop and got some hot chocolate and muffins for their lunch snack.
Afterwards we got home and prepared the presents for I. and N.

Went to the airport this afternoon and picked up I. You can just feel the relieved atmosphere in this house now that she's back. Went to an amazing Indian restaurant and had dinner there :)
She already gave us a few presents. So cute :)

Tomooooorrow morning I'm having Kickboxing classes. Afterwards I quickly need to get home, take a shower and then I need to get the train to NYC. Gonna meet up with Nathalie there and later on we're goin' to hers in New Jersey. Gonna get ready and then were gonna get cluuuuuuuuuuuubbin' @ NYC!
I so can't wait for Saturday to begin 'cause there are only good things to happen! :-)
Oh aaand my new beloved OVERKNEES!
